The project embraced full process of questionnaires, focus groups, steering group and non-user engagement in the planning for the future of this facility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2008 \u2013\u00a0Bath Preservation Trust<\/strong> \u2013 Interpretation strategy and planning to address the changing relationship between the Trust\u2019s museum and its visitors in light of a planned extension into the neighbouring property.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2013 &#8211; Helicopter Museum, Weston-super-Mare &#8211; <\/strong>Round One HLF Activity and Business Plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2014\/5 &#8211; Museum of Bath at Work &#8211;<\/strong> Options Appraisal and outline business planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CHURCHES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2008 \u2013\u00a0Churches Conservation Trust<\/strong> &#8211; Strategic planning to establish process of selecting, \u00a0 engaging, training, managing and rewarding area volunteers to oversee and \u00a0\u00a0 promote community activities at the CCT\u2019s 340 churches \u2013 initially in the South West.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2008 \u2013 <\/strong><strong>East Suffolk Mind<\/strong> \u2013 Conservation, Community and business feasibility planning to adapt a 16<sup>th<\/sup>-Century Ipswich Church for Community and wellbeing use.
